1. What cookies are for

A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a site. KARVYX uses cookies that are strictly necessary to the operation of the service, as well as preference cookies and, where applicable, privacy-friendly audience measurement cookies. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.

2. Categories of cookies used

  • Necessary — essential for the site to work (security, load balancing, storing the consent choice). No consent required.
  • Preferences — store your choices (language, theme) to improve the experience.
  • Audience measurement — aggregated and anonymised statistics, subject to consent where required.

3. List of cookies

4. Retention periods by category

In line with the recommendations of the CNIL (France) and CNDP (Morocco), the lifetime of cookies and the retention of the information they allow to collect are limited to what is strictly necessary for the intended purpose.

The consent choice itself (accepted or refused) is stored for 6 months, after which the banner is shown again. You can change your choice at any time (see next section).

5. Manage your consent

On your first visit, a consent banner lets you accept, refuse or customise the placement of non strictly necessary cookies (preferences, audience measurement). Until you express a choice, no cookie subject to consent is set — only cookies necessary for operation (security, storing the choice) are active.

You may change or withdraw your consent at any time, without justification and without any impact on your use of the site:

  • via the "Manage cookies" link in the footer of every page;
  • by deleting the karvyx-consent cookie from your browser settings — the banner will be shown again on your next visit;
  • by writing to the address indicated in the privacy policy.

Refusal is as simple as acceptance. Refusing non-essential cookies does not affect access to the main features of KARVYX.

6. Browser settings & opt-out

You can also configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Most browsers offer these settings in their privacy preferences:

Refusing strictly necessary cookies may impair the proper operation of the site (login, security, booking).
