KARVYX is a technology marketplace that connects travellers with independent car rental agencies operating in Morocco. KARVYX lets you compare offers, book and communicate with these partner agencies in a streamlined way.

KARVYX is not a rental agency, does not own the vehicles displayed on the platform, and is not a party to the rental contract concluded between the user and the partner agency. The rental contract is entered into directly between the traveller and the selected agency.

All content on KARVYX (text, interfaces, visual components, logos, trademarks, code, visual identity, information architecture) is protected by copyright, trademark law and applicable intellectual property rules.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation from KARVYX DIGITAL, is prohibited and constitutes an infringement that may engage the liability of its author.

Trademarks, logos and content of partner agencies displayed on KARVYX remain the property of their respective owners.

Information published on KARVYX (prices, availability, vehicle specifications, rental conditions, options) is provided by partner agencies and is given for guidance only. KARVYX uses reasonable means to verify its consistency but cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness or real-time accuracy.

KARVYX may not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from use of the site, a service interruption, occasional unavailability, an error in agency content, or the performance of the rental contract by the partner agency (vehicle condition, delay, dispute, accident, etc.).

Access to and use of KARVYX implies full acceptance of these terms. Users undertake to:

• provide accurate information when making a booking or contact request;
• not use the service for fraudulent, illegal or abusive purposes;
• respect KARVYX's and third parties' intellectual property rights;
• not attempt to harm the security or integrity of the site (mass scraping, intrusion, security circumvention, etc.).

KARVYX reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access in the event of a material breach of these rules.

Bookings made through KARVYX are confirmed by the partner agency. Pricing terms, payment methods, deductible, insurance, cancellation terms and fuel policy are defined by each agency and presented before the booking is confirmed.

Any payments made through the platform are processed by certified payment providers. KARVYX does not have access to users' full banking data.

Agencies listed on KARVYX are selected on the basis of quality criteria (up-to-date legal documents, maintained fleet, suitable infrastructure, service commitment). KARVYX does not, however, guarantee a uniform level of service across agencies.

Any dispute relating to the performance of a rental must be handled first directly with the agency concerned. KARVYX customer service may facilitate mediation on a commercial basis.

The processing of personal data is detailed in the privacy policy and the cookies policy.

These legal notices and terms of use are governed by Moroccan law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, subject to mandatory public-policy rules applicable to consumers.
