Is KARVYX a rental agency?
No. KARVYX is not a rental agency and has no physical desk in cities or airports. KARVYX is an intermediary: the rental contract is signed between the customer and the partner agency.
How do I search for a vehicle?
Enter your city, dates and requirements on the website or in the KARVYX app. The platform lists the partner agency offers matching your search.
How does a booking work?
You choose an offer and confirm your booking request, then the partner agency confirms and hands over the vehicle at the agreed location. The full journey is detailed on the “How it works” page.
Does KARVYX own the vehicles?
No. The vehicles belong to the partner rental agencies, which insure, maintain and hand them over to the customer. KARVYX operates no fleet.
How do agencies join KARVYX?
A rental agency submits a partnership request, provides its company details for verification, then publishes its offers once the application is approved. Acceptance remains subject to validation by KARVYX.
Where is KARVYX available?
KARVYX operates in Morocco. The website currently documents Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Fes, Tangier and Agadir, along with their main airports and train stations.
